1. Deshell 24 prawns or 4 chicken breasts sliced
2. Bring Pan of water to a boil.
3. Make sure the water is adequately salted.
4. Add prawns/breast and blanch for one minute
5. Remove prawns/breast.
6. Warm curry sauce up
7. Add prawns/breast to sauce.
8. Simmer prawns/breast for 30 seconds
9. Serve with coconut rice garnish with coriander.
